2. Professional Cleaning On cleaning day, our team arrives fully equipped and follows a detailed checklist to ensure every area is cleaned thoroughly. We work efficiently, carefully, and with attention to detail so nothing is overlooked.
3. Final Walkthrough After the cleaning is complete, we review the results with you—or send photo/video updates if you’re not home—to ensure everything meets your expectations. Your home is left fresh, spotless, and ready to enjoy.
We stand by our Satisfaction Guarantee. If anything isn’t cleaned to your expectations, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it at no extra cost.
You can book a cleaning by phone, email, text, or directly through our website’s booking form. Once we receive your request, we’ll contact you to confirm the date and time, review the type of service you need, and ask a few questions about your home so we can give an accurate estimate. After everything is confirmed, you’ll receive your appointment details and any preparation instructions before the cleaning day.

Cleaning times vary depending on the size and condition of your home. Most standard cleanings take 2–3 hours, while deep cleanings may take longer. We’ll give you a time estimate when scheduling.
A standard cleaning includes dusting, wiping surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning kitchen counters and appliances (exterior), vacuuming, and mopping floors. It’s perfect for weekly or biweekly upkeep.
A deep cleaning is more detailed and includes tasks like baseboards, door frames, inside appliances, grout scrubbing, and built-up grime removal. It’s ideal for first-time cleanings or homes that need extra attention.
When availability allows, yes! Contact us and we’ll try our best to accommodate urgent or last-minute cleanings.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedule and serve other clients.
Of course! Add-on services are available, such as cleaning inside appliances, windows, cabinets, or other special tasks. These services require extra time and will include an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can schedule properly and provide an accurate quote.

No major preparation is needed, but we do ask that all surfaces and floors be fully decluttered before our team arrives. Our cleaners focus on cleaning, not organizing, so putting away personal items and valuables ahead of time helps us work efficiently. Please also secure pets and leave any specific cleaning products you want us to use in an easy-to-find spot. If you need help with organizing, we can provide that service separately.
